Adding a recurring subscription in EconoGlance

Some shared costs repeat every month, like rent, internet or a streaming plan. Track them once as a subscription and EconoGlance keeps them in your expense list with the service logo.

Add a subscription

  1. Tap to add an expense, then switch the toggle from Expense to Subscription.

  2. Enter the service name and website. We fetch the logo automatically.

  3. Set the amount, who pays, and how it splits.

  4. Choose a billing frequency, then Save.

Billing frequencies

  • Monthly — rent, internet, most streaming.

  • Quarterly — some utilities and memberships.

  • Yearly — annual plans.

  • One-time — a single shared purchase.

Where it shows and how to stop it

Subscriptions appear in the group's main expenses list with a recurring marker and the service logo. Open one to edit it, or delete it to stop tracking. Recurring costs count in balances just like any other expense.
