Notifications keep you in the loop without opening the app. You are always in control of what you receive.
What you can be notified about
A new expense you are part of.
A payment made or received.
Settle-up reminders so balances do not drift.
Manage notifications
Open Settings → Notifications to turn push alerts on or off. You can also manage EconoGlance notifications from your phone's system settings.
The activity feed
Even with alerts off, the Activity tab keeps a running timeline of expenses and payments across all your groups, grouped by day. Green means you are owed, red means you owe your share.
