Is it free? Yes. Core features are free forever. Pro ($4.99/mo) adds AI receipt scanning, analytics and unlimited expenses.

Do my friends need the app? To see balances and settle in-app, yes. You can track expenses for people you've invited (shown as pending) before they join.

My expense didn't save. Usually a sync hiccup — check your connection and try again; the app shows the specific error if the server rejects it.

Can I change a group's currency? No — it's locked at creation to keep balances consistent. Create a new group for a different currency.

Someone is stuck as "pending." They haven't accepted yet. Resend the invite from the dimmed member card or Group settings → QR invite. They join automatically once they accept.

Scan failed or wrong total. Use a flat, well-lit, in-focus photo and tap Rescan. Scanning needs Pro and internet. We always use the grand total (after tax).

I forgot my password. Tap Forgot password, enter your email, and use the 6-digit code we send to set a new one.
